FAQ

What do you supply for overnight boarding?

All kennels have food and water dishes that are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected throughout the day. We also provide cots for each kennel to keep each pup comfortable! We ask that you provide the food for the stay, though we always have extra, high-quality food just in case.

How can I check on my pet during their stay?

The best way to get in contact is to message us directly through Facebook or Instagram! We can send over photos, keep you updated, and keep you connected with your pup!

My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?

Absolutely! We have a full kitchen and are able to keep food fresh and properly prepared just like at home! We are trained in administering medication, just make sure all instructions are sorted prior to drop-off!

Can I stop in for a tour?

Of course! We actually encourage all new customers to stop up and say hi with their pup so we get a chance to get to know them and make sure they get a chance to know us! Give us a call at any time to schedule a visit.

How often are the dogs let out?

All the boarded dogs have private indoor and outdoors that are accessible all day long. We do close them up overnight when we secure and lock down the facility, but are otherwise free to go in and out as they please! Daycare dogs have constant access to the outdoor play yards!

Are you open on Holidays?

We are closed for drop-offs and pick-ups on New Years Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. All other major holidays, we are open for boarding drop-off and pickup from 8am to noon.
